Twitter has been rumored to have a filter for photo sharing in the works. This spurred of course from Facebook’s acquisition of Instagram. My first question to this is, will people use it? With Instagram you can filter your image and post it to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter with one shot…..why would I want to filter it to post strictly to Twitter? My next question is will you no longer be able to post your image from Instagram straight to Twitter?
In a recent post I talked about Instagram translating twitter handles which seemed like they were playing nice together. Now it seems like they will be direct competitors……my bet is on Facebook/Instagram. What do you think?
